      Avantages

      Great people. As a radiologist, much flexibility in work hours and also in variety of cases.

      Inconvénients

      Not too many. Sometimes I miss the non-teleradiology life but it's still not bad at all.

      Avantages

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Inconvénients

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
