      Great accounting group. Great people overall. Felt like a dot-com.

      Inconvénients

      Management was the worst I have ever witnessed. The CEO was the biggest ego-maniac I've ever met.

      Avantages

      The work schedule was flexible and time off was generous. NightHawk is a global company so there were opportunities to travel..

      Inconvénients

      Salary compensation was not fair and upper management was lacking in some areas. For the most part the executive management didn't put the effort in to get to know the employees that kept the business going.
