Avantages
Nextility is a great place to work for the scrappy and motivated. Colleagues are driven and willing to do whatever is needed to get the job done-- there's a huge lack of entitlement in the culture, e.g. we built our Ikea desks together. A very nice place to work with few-to-no heros or jerks, the scourge of the typical energy tech workplace. There's an appreciation of work-life balance and the fact that some days you've got to work from home to do your best work.
Inconvénients
Like the others said, the comp here is not the highest, but the benefits are great and always improving-- most recently, we've expanded office space giving everyone more breathing room. It is a job that can fold nicely into your life, but you have to be okay with the work and play lines getting blurred a bit. If you want a strict 9-5, this is not your best fit.
