NextStep hired me fast and I was on-boarded within days. The PAC Group recruiting team was always responsive and helpful. They conducted an initial interview with me and then I interviewed with PM Neil the same day. They were extremely professional and made me feel comfortable and less nervous. They asked me great questions and I answered them to the best of my ability. The HR team and lead Shearry was amazing, very supportive, and fast. Any time I had a question Shearry would get back to me quickly and with grace. I have nothing negative to say about the team's leadership as they are amazing in so many ways.
