Avantages
The best reason to work at NWE is the exceptional team of professionals and their passion in their job. Every employee is highly skilled in the field of work they are acting. Another good thing is the flexibility you get for your work time. It's always possible to take some hours of if you have some out of plan private issues.
Inconvénients
A big downside for the work at NWE is the lower than average salary. This is mainly a result of NWE selling themselve short often and so not making enough profit to pay the employees adequately. Also, there are often times of high workload due to a lack of human resources.
