Avantages

They can be flexible for some roles at times. Easy, plentiful parking for US since it is in an office park off of main roads with a good size lot.

Inconvénients

Annual raises do not exist, so if you don't like your starting salary, you never will like it. Does not do much to encourage employee growth. Most technical people will not be US-based. As a US employee, I have little idea of overall company operations with so much concentrated in India. US HQ building is very bland and so is culture. You won't find a modern work culture here. Fun perks? Nope. Something a little different like an office dog? Nope. It has been years since they had 401k matching. It may never happen again. With the most interesting branch of the company spun off on its own, I wonder if the remaining company is really going anywhere or just treading water doing the same old, same old.

Avantages

They give 2 15 minute breaks. Co workers were nice.

Inconvénients

The supervisor told me I was doing a good job, then when I got home that day, HR called me and said they were letting me go. The first day I was there, while I was in training, the supervisor said I have to go faster. You have to keep your purse and iPhone in a locker. You can’t eat at your desk and you can’t listen to music while you’re working. They are way too rigid and their production requirements is way too much. They expect you to do 6 boxes a day.
