      Inconvénients

      Netier is unprofessional. Micromanaged. High pressure from management to meet KPI and billable hours. Working from home is highly discouraged, even when your colleagues are in different states. Management tries to run the company like a FANG company. No career progression.

      Avantages

      I enjoy working at Netier because they provide me opportunities to build my skills and the team are very lovely to work with. We collaborate as a team and bounce ideas off each other. My manager is also approachable, clear with expectations, and genuinely supportive. I always feel comfortable asking questions or bringing up ideas, and feedback is constructive rather than critical.

      Inconvénients

      It can get very, very busy at times.
