      less salary hectic job no defined hours unprofessional management lots of corruption even at the grass root level poor fueling mechanism and lots more. people work at low wages because of corruption

      You are left completely to the client. No internal reviews, no salary reviews. And not to mention that my TFR was not payed immediately when I left the company.
