Avantages
Perhaps it could end up being a big shake up, and they will send the CEO (Kevin Vitale) back to New York, and let real software people run the company, instead of a finance guy that no one likes.
Inconvénients
Half of the engineers have fled the company in the past year, because no one liked the CEO. He built a culture that was focused purely on money, rather than a culture of positive outcome for the existing and new customers. Now they *all* are being hurt: the company announced massive layoffs today (Mar 4, 2014). Current customers are scrambling.
