They are not bad people. They mean good, but its clear they don't have a Scooby-Doo.

I only had a short period with NetSec. I was sold the dream about their plans and HUGE client base. What became apparent early on is that they secure contract work from IT recruitment agencies and wanted to put me into those projects. They're basically an agency to an agency, which makes no sense. The owner, bless him, made out he's built and sold a watch reselling business, and he sold it for £5m, all mistruths. I found him at times rude and confrontational, which is probably as a result of his short stature. He's not a confident techie, so when told he's wrong, he shouts and gets rude. I just can't put up with unhinged actions from a business owner. They're armless enough, not they just need to be honest about who they are.

I worked with Myles, Anna and the team within their sales department. Everyone's opinion was valued and there was a fantastic culture which ran from the top down, always wanting to do the right thing by their employees and customers.
