      sudden decisions the management,they speak only Hungarian,lack of planning

      Avantages

      Friendly atmosphere and a lot's of fun. The atmosphere is very friendly which is good. It is interesting to work on the field of PKI and there are some interesting project.

      Inconvénients

      But as the company started to grow a couple of low quality person were hired to the company which made the overall quality low. From technology/process perspective there are a couple of area where they should improve.

      Lack of planning, lack of quality communication from the management, not keeping good eployees
