      Great vision Great people in the trenches Fun environment Great exposure to the financial services industry Good pay and benefits, healthcare became less good over time

      Clearly all the members of senior leadership were not on the same page Couple of senior managers were living on their past glory days and not adding anything positive

      The company paid salaries above market.

      Inconvénients

      Negative atmosphere and disengaged senior management. Unqualified mid-level managers. During my time at NetDeposit a reorganization placed the project management team under the help desk supervisor. What?
