Avantages

Used to have good culture with people willingly helping each other but no longer true

Inconvénients

Hired a bunch of clueless sales leaders who do not understand the market and industry. All senior sales leaders are just a bunch of sales ops who make decisions based on spreadsheet. They do not meet customers nor partners. Senior sales leader is clueless ands toxic causing a lot of disruptions to the company. More than 50% of your time will be spent on internal meetings, sales cadence, planning meeting etc rather than meeting customers. Micro management by senior sales leaders who are clueless themselves

Avantages

Good company, management generally supports the employees, good work-life-family balance

Inconvénients

Recent restructuring layoffs were random. NetApp recently went to a "laddering" evaluation system that relied too much on management perception and not facts.

Avantages

Work life balance, relaxed and nice people at junior and mid levels.

Inconvénients

Constantly fire leaders and Hire clueless leaders from outside who fire and eliminate experienced people at their whim. New leaders who have no idea come in - many of whom do not seem to deserve their positions. They come in and start firing experienced folks internally to bring their cronies from outside. Experienced and accomplished employees are not valued. Benefits like PTO are getting stripped away. Can see the culture of this company going down the dump.
