Avantages

If you have an entrepreneurial spirit and are willing to be proactive, creative, and think outside the box, Net@Work is the most amazing place for you. I have been with the company for about 2 years and have known the company's owners since its inception. I have also owned my own businesses over the years. But having the opportunity to work within a great organization, with super-talented people and smart ambitious leadership like those at Net@Work, has been terrific. I am frankly surprised by negative reviews others have posted here on Glassdoor. Those people have obviously not understood that an entrepreneurial spirit is what it takes to be successful in business and at Net@Work. There are many staff who have been a part of this team since the beginning. What other proof do you need that this is a super place to work? Net@Work stands for quality and hard work. The client is first and foremost in every decision. If you don't make those priorities your goal every day, you will fail anywhere you go. Net@Work is the best job I have ever had - hands down. If you are looking for a great place to learn, expand your career, and make money, Net@Work is the place for you.

Avantages

I joined Net at Work as a Project Manager working with NetSuite and Acumatica back in February 2026, and it has been exactly what I was looking for in my next role. The PMO team is truly amazing, they are supportive, collaborative, and highly knowledgeable. From even before day one, I felt welcomed and encouraged to ask questions while getting acclimated. Having a mentor available to help guide me through processes, tools, and day-to-day responsibilities made the transition smooth and stress-free. Net at Work offers a great balance of independence and teamwork. I’m trusted to manage my workload and projects autonomously, while also having a strong team I can rely on when collaborating or problem-solving. The work is engaging, the expectations are clear, and the environment is professional yet personable. The fully remote setup has been a huge plus. I appreciate the Monday–Friday schedule, the respect for work-life balance, and the flexibility to work from home without sacrificing collaboration or connection with the team. Compensation is competitive, and leadership genuinely values the work PMs do. Overall, Net at Work provides a positive, supportive work environment with great people, meaningful work, and strong leadership. I’m very happy with my decision to join the company and would absolutely recommend it to anyone looking for a remote position and great company culture.

Inconvénients

The internal time entry system takes a while to get used to. That's my only complaint though, I really enjoy my work here otherwise!

Avantages

Career growth opportunities Leadership within my business unit Remote work and autonomy

Inconvénients

Internal systems are not cohesive. It would be better if we had less systems and more uniform procedures. Very chaotic. Feels like everyone is frantic and just trying to please the customer, but not working with one another very well, and this results in bad delivery. New roles are created without being fully defined. People are not always clear what they're responsible for. Responsibilities can randomly get added to your plate, and without proper training or communication. Causes confusion and additional chaos. Burnout is rampant. Many people are stressed and spread thin. Morale seems low. Work-life balance is non-existent, unless you want to fall behind on your large workload. Overall, role confusion and burnout has led to duplicated work, missed handoffs, and poor client outcomes.
