      Avantages

      Team Leaders are great they are very supportive and try to be fair with everyone.

      Inconvénients

      Managment is not good at all , through the day management would come in our teams chat to remind us that we should not be having callers on hold or that we should be going to the bathroom.

      Avantages

      Good pay, culture and benefits. 5% 401k match. Christmas bonus plus annual raise and bonus.

      Inconvénients

      Company leadership and direction of the business was not stable. They branched out to other areas which costs them to lay off most of the company.
