      My coworkers in my store are great

      Inconvénients

      They do not value their employees like they claim they do. Upper management constantly harasses their associates for petty things. Completely unorganized. I have never felt so unappreciated after spending 3 years with a company

      Pretty easy work Company is modernizing Friendly environment Most patients are delightful

      Inconvénients

      They used to be closed on Sunday, but now that's changed Store budgets are divided up between stores in the same district by the DM, which lends itself to favoritism when stores are given their monthly goals If you are the only LDO, you may end up working a LOT until you are able to find a second LDO
