      There is a collaborative culture amongst the support department that allows you to learn from everyone without feeling the pressure of being rejected or misguided.

      Inconvénients

      The disconnection between different departments is considerable, and has often caused communication issues that lead into bad customer experiences.

      Teams were let go after they were purchased. I'm not sure how it is now.

      Avantages

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
