      - Energetic, smart, motivated people - Management is extremely loyal and willing to help - Outstanding product offering - Very collaborative environment

      Inconvénients

      - Executive management doesn't have much experience outside of NI - Not the best salaries, although very good benefits and stock program - Very much a kool-aid drinking culture

      Avantages

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
