      Avantages

      Guter Zusammenhalt unter den Kollegen, Tolle Räumlichkeiten, Kostenlose Getränke und Obst, Sehr innovative Produkte, Den Versuch einer Open-Door Philosophie gibt es allemal.

      Inconvénients

      Gehalt, Mitarbeiter werden in München abgebaut um sie durch günstige Arbeitskräfte in Osteuropa zu ersetzen, CEO Wechsel: Alter CEO in Austin war ein sehr technisch geprägter Ingenieur dieser ist leider zurückgetreten (alter) und sein Nachfolger ist der ehemalige CFO, ein Kaufmann. Dieser Wandel ist leider deutlich zu spüren.

      Avantages

      The people and the culture! Mostly very helpful, smart, fun loving group of employees. NI hired a lot for culture fit and that made the day to day a lot of fun.

      Inconvénients

      Company vision from the higher ups suffered greatly after the pandemic.
