Its a great place to get experience while you are a student at FSU. If you find a good PI then it will allow you to advance your academic or professional career.
Inconvénients
The infrastructure is outdated, and it depends on government and research funding
Free food pantry for all, admin makes an effort to make a sense of community( surprise surprise), people are generous(literally announces free or left over food from meetings/conferences/home), lots of outreach program, strong international community, health insurance is awesome( really make use the heck out of it)
