Avantages
You can do whatever you want, you wont be penalised if you did any mistakes. Old school, if you like to be nostalgic- still using time in and out system. A dutch MNC company. Have plans to grow bigger, moving to a new building soon.
Inconvénients
No proper SOP. New people join will be really lost. Every man for himself. NTS tends to hire incompetent heads/managers. Some new managers dont even know how to use the company’s system?! Some colleagues are not really cooperative, worst still, their heads are also standing behind and watch shows. No sense of urgency for some colleagues. Company’s system is very messy, new staffs will suffer. Jobs distribute among staffs maybe sometimes unfair, some staffs can be doing more while some staffs can be doing way lesser. Dont be surprise the ones doing way lesser are earning more than the ones doing more. Current business in NTS is not looking good, sales are not bringing in more business. 2024 will be rather worrying.
