Avantages

I have no pros to speak about this company

Inconvénients

There a lot of cons about the company. I do not want to rate any star but i have to at least rate it one star. To name a few of the cons -- Too much money minded company. Employee salary will be very less and dont think about employee. Management will lie to you every time with all fake promises. -- They will make all fake promises but not deliver -- Dont waste your time with this company. You will end up paying a lot of money from your pocket. -- Management is horrible. No proper structure and not at all co-operative -- My advice is if you are a student you have much better company than this. Think before you join. You will be working really hard without getting any proper reward.

Avantages

Pleasant associates. Easy to speak with.

Inconvénients

I am still trying to undo the damage that this company has done to me. Various practices were not just poor, but illegal. They paid monthly, and in California, there is a time limit as to when they have to pay. This was not adhered to. The did not issue paycheck stubs as was required by law. Some pay was in hand written checks, paid long after the payments were due. I asked several times for access to my pay stubs, and it was not granted. Possible reason - they switched me from w-2 employee, as the signed contract stated. I found out a year later that no taxes were deducted from my paychecks - they simply reduced my pay and converted me to 1099 status. Major reduction of pay. They did not pay me for my last six weeks of employment. I recovered those wages, plus penalties, in labor court. California Employment Department (administers unemployment) went after them for unreported wages and violations of w-2 classification. IRS finally acknowledged the missing wages. Am still working with SSA to update my wage information for the unreported wages. Much of my income was not reported to the IRS or the Social Security Administration, so my retirement was affected. Am still working with the IRS to fix that.
