      Avantages

      Nice office environment with plenty of startup amenities(Snacks, social events, and gifts) and relaxed dress code.

      Inconvénients

      Individual performance is highly based on metrics and meeting time constraints on trouble tickets for clients. Management misrepresented an environment of learning and asking questions.

      Avantages

      Good company culture program, very personable employees.

      Inconvénients

      They talk a good game but in reality it is all just company B.S. They have obvious issues with employee retention in MN which they are ignoring. I believe this is due to unrealistic management requirements, with very little to no resources to succeed.
