Avantages
Great cohort of interns. The internship program has career development seminars that are actually helpful and useful. There is a lot of information from previous intern classes to help you successfully navigate the festival.
Inconvénients
I found the full-time staff to be rather condescending and reluctant to give interns challenges or tasks. We spent a lot of time sitting around after finishing the tasks that we could finish.
