2yWe appreciate your feedback and find it regrettable that you had an unfavorable impression while working with us. We are glad you found the exposure to different projects and clients challenging. Regarding the lack of guidance on project goals, as a UX Lead you would have been given the opportunity to lead those efforts, while working with a team to collaborate on not only meeting but exceeding client expectations. As a digital consultancy, we understand it’s not easy for all team members to take on that type of leadership and consultative role with clients.
It's important to note that as a salaried employee, our focus is on achieving project milestones and delivering quality work rather than strictly adhering to set hours. At Multimedia Solutions, we always support a healthy work life balance and work as a team to help in any challenges managing workload. We are also a team that comes together when there are key commitments and deliverables, and offer additional time off where warranted to anyone that has demonstrated above and beyond expectations on a project.
Given you were with us for less than a year, we understand that it was not a good cultural fit in the end. We take all feedback with great consideration and appreciate your comments.
