Culture of mistrust of senior executives, company does not value people, benefits are poor, stock options are worthless( if you can get any), low pay. They just had another layoff (something like the 5th one in 12 years). The only time this company has been managed well was when the founder David Altounian was with the company. Without him in the picture, this company is a huge risk.
