Avantages
Almost everyone is pleasant to work with; covered parking, free drinks are a plus.
Inconvénients
There's a fair amount of lip service about helping everyone succeed, make progress with career goals, etc, but it's all just lip service. There's no career advancement whatsoever, and no way to make the jump from individual contributor to management. All of the management is older, with decent experience but some of them seem a little out-of-touch with running a nimble company. Market-wise they're in a good place, but their idea of revolutionizing the business is to offer a few more peripherals to stale hardware. Salaries are low; benefits are so-so. When interviewing, expect to get bullied a LOT on salary, and to be told that it's the "market rate" and they won't go higher. Expect to get promised quarterly and yearly bonuses; not one has happened since I joined the company.
