Avantages
The benefits and pay is decent.
Inconvénients
There are several areas of concern, particularly regarding leadership and workplace culture. Management appears to lack experience, often implementing protocols that seem unclear or ineffective. There is also a noticeable disconnect in communication, with concerns that feedback about employees is discussed in management meetings through humiliating people rather than addressed constructively and collaboratively.
Work-from-home flexibility is limited and inconsistently applied, with only select employees eligible for one day per week. This arrangement is subject to periodic extensions, which can create uncertainty and a sense that the benefit is conditional rather than a standard policy.
Additionally, there is a perception that employees who do not align with management’s expectations may be dismissed quickly, with limited effort made toward coaching, development, or retention.
