      Co workers help each other.

      Inconvénients

      Lack of organization and communication. Salary that is promised is not given to you, long hours of working, Wear and tear of your car no set schedule. Boss on top of you constantly hounding you even at 4:00 am. After you get home tired they expect you to do work at home on your desktop without pay.

      Overall, good company with a meaningful mission,

      Inconvénients

      I was only here for a very brief time. In my role, the only issue was my immediate manager. With years of experience under my belt, it was easy to notice right away that my boss had no idea what they were doing. They were training the trainers with youtube videos. They didn't know foundational concepts in Instructional Design, Facilitation, or needs analysis. On top of that, they were extremely rude towards anyone with a question.
