      Avantages

      The team was great in Hungary.

      Inconvénients

      CEO micromanaged from abroad and still managed to not listen to people there who had greater overview on domestic issues. No work life balance, no trust, shady legal loopholes

      Avantages

      I have been to many enterprise software companies, yet by far the most motivating is Mobilengine. Management and the team is very supportive and focused. Great customer projects, great team effort on all projects.

      Inconvénients

      Work life balance is not optimal especially during key project milestones. Communication between European and US office is limited to a 4-5 hour window due to time difference.

      Great technology, laser focus on executing their strategy. Young, professional, talented team. Exciting space.

      Inconvénients

      International team and offices in London, development in Hungary, makes communication a bit more challenging.
