You get to do a lot of unpaid spec work where you get to stay at the office until some ungodly hour with all your coworkers working on part of a proposal the company won’t even submit on time. That should count for community service hours. You’ll enjoy many wasted hours in meetings that go nowhere. You will leave here faster than you ever thought, but the haunting memories will last forever. They will prevent you from making the same mistake again.
Inconvénients
Company relies heavily on a few higher paying clients. Owner has a bad reputation in the industry. People either don’t know her, or know her and don’t trust her. She has abusive relationships with people in the office. She sends the most disrespectful emails to clients, leaving you embarrassed to work here.
