      Avantages

      Same as any other company

      Inconvénients

      Very very harmful employee policies. According to them every one has to stay in base location - reason is that you get HRA because of staying in that city . COVID policies hampered the employee motivation. Lack of connection between CEO thinking and what employees feel .
