None. Expert liar CEO promises one thing and does another, i.e. tells "Lunch with Employees" group randomly selected he would honor and pay Sick Leave Credits per acquired company but later denies even if several employees on the so called "Lunch with Employees" confront him with his promises and lies. Relented only out of embarrassment.

Thank you for providing your feedback. At Microchip, we care for our employees’ well-being at all times. Microchip in Hong Kong as well as our other acquired companies that have presence in Hong Kong have paid sick leave policy but unused sick leave was never paid/cashed out, which aligns with most of the company practices in Hong Kong. We also confirmed that there was no layoff of design team members in Hong Kong from any of our previous acquisitions. We do appreciate you taking the time to comment.
There are a handful of people here who are fantastic to work with, are very knowledgeable, and care about the product that's going out the door.

Leadership is fundamentally out of touch and appears indifferent to employee well-being. The culture is marred by nepotism and a lack of accountability, where 'guiding values' are preached but never practiced. Feedback is discouraged, and those who speak up are often targeted. Expect a 'reward' of more work for the same pay, as promotions are rare and promised bonuses are frequently withheld despite strong site performance. A very frustrating and toxic environment for those who value merit and transparency.
