      - Unexperienced management -> All straight from university except CEO - Planning went from quarterly to weekly, was almost impossible to make progress in research - Bad hiring principle -> Choose people you need, not people you get

      Une équipe et une direction formidables. L'un des meilleurs employeurs que j'aie jamais eus. Je le recommande vivement.

      Inconvénients

      Dans une jeune entreprise, il y a toujours des petits points à améliorer. Mais honnêtement, rien de bien important à signaler.
