      Avantages

      Nice mix of tech back grounds to pull from, gaining customers and growing staff. Fun group of people to work with. Standard MSP where you are expected to play your position, which can be frustrating at times. Pretty solid monitoring so stupid stuff doesn't happen to clients. training time during business hours available, Rotating 4 day work week. 401K matching, good health benefits.

      Inconvénients

      Not really any, nothing that isn't just the norm of having to work in the first place. Need help, you get help. Don't like something it gets addressed or explained. Weekly team meeting, quarterly company meetings. We are all involved in direct the company is going.

      Avantages

      Many 2 hour job interviews so I thought it would have quality employees. They hire veterans. The best days are when Randy is on pto. You get to sign contracts giving away all your rights.

      Inconvénients

      The leadership hires veterans and felons and IT rejects. Randy has no business steering a tech company. He is a General and pretends not to see bad behavior. Employees tell each other they are stupid. This business is broken. Leaders here are always right. Randy does not get involved until he can yell at his people if a customer is pissed. After they asked for a raise Randy fired a great salesman and service manager. Randy hires replacements fast because he is desperate. He knows they have serious problems that cost their last company a lot but still hires them.
