      Avantages

      I now work for a busy but creative organization where everyone on the staff truly gets along and pitches in to get the job done — even if it’s not written in their job description. No egos, no politics, no gossip. I love my job because everyone shares the same vision and is dedicated to the mission. This truly creates a family environment where everybody is there for each other. We have open communication and a supportive team culture. I love the people I work with. I appreciate the variety in my daily tasks, from purchasing management to client meetings. Having a boss that appreciates the work I do and always thanks me for the hard work gives me a sense of accomplishment. I feel valued and appreciated for my contributions, which makes my work feel purposeful. The company values work-life balance, which is evident in their remote work schedule.

      I have no Cons at all.

      Avantages

      I have only been with Microtech for about a month, but my experience so far has been overwhelmingly positive. From day one, it was clear that this is a highly organized and well-run company that genuinely invests in setting employees up for success. The entire process, from recruitment (which was truly exceptional), to HR onboarding, equipment distribution, and seamless remote setup, has been smooth and impressively efficient. Every step felt intentional and well-coordinated. What stands out most is how thoughtful the organization is toward new employees. The training programs are structured, thorough, and supportive without being overwhelming. Senior leadership has also been generous with their time and consistently respectful of individual skill sets, which creates a strong sense of value and inclusion early on. Overall, Microtech operates like a well-oiled machine, highly organized, professional, and clearly committed to both operational excellence and employee experience.

      None to date. They are keeping me on my toes.
