      Avantages

      Perks that have accumulated over the years but nothing extraordinary. Health insurance is okay and vacation policy is good if you stay there long.

      Inconvénients

      Cost cutting environment. No real opportunities for growth at any level. All senior positions are taken by outsiders. No employee loyalty.

      Good pay and benefit. Great support for immigration and legal. Great work life balance. Supportive and talented co-workers

      No management level issues at least in my team.

      Good people, good office. Higher than normal base pay. AE role has unlimited upside with an aggressive commission structure
