Avantages
MicroAutomation has a lot to offer people that are looking for long-term stability. They offer growth paths, a healthy work-life balance, competitive salaries and benefits, a family and most importantly - feeling a part of something. I've been very impressed with what this small company has to offer. They promote contribution, ownership and in turn will allow you to grow.
Inconvénients
MicroAutomation is not without faults but if I had to point to one I'd say they are too loyal sometimes. I've seen non-performers stick around too long.
