      Avantages

      Family-oriented, professional company that takes on projects that serve a social good. The employees exhibit a “roll up your sleeves and let’s help you” attitude where people help one another with challenges and to get better. Management is supportive of life balances, and has a solid foundation with honest communication.

      Inconvénients

      More staff outings would be nice!

      Great people to work with. There is lot knowledge sharing. Great opportunity to grow. Great working hours.

      Avantages

      Good place to work if you are entry-level or new to your field. Friendly co-workers. No office politics. Helpful senior level (non-managerial) staff. Solid work/life balance.

      Inconvénients

      Pay is not on par with market. Modern day benefits like working from home option (even for one day a week) doesn't exist. Time reporting makes no sense to the employees as they are not shown the big picture.
