      I am working with Metaoption and I do not see any such cons that are not there with any company.

      Remote working is encouraged, and off shore employees want to make the company better.

      Inconvénients

      Unstructured...Undercapitalized...Dishonest with customers...No investment in developing employees...No career opportunities...Senior management clueless as to vision, strategy planning, and managing personnel.
