Avantages
Benefit choices are great, but of course the cost is skyrocketing. Salaries are good and a yearly bonus based on performance is a plus.
Inconvénients
Management is very secretive. Weekly meetings are held that discuss what was discussed the prior week. Limited opportunities to advance for existing associates. The Management positions are usually filled from outside the company. Or the job is posted when everyone already knows who will get the position.
