      Avantages

      Some great people work on the floors there. Not so much at administrative level

      Inconvénients

      They only care about money. They have no problem firing people who have been there decades if it'll save them a couple bucks. They expect employees to make all kinds of sacrifices without doing a single thing in return for them. COVID really showed how much administration doesn't care about its workers.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
