      Good coworkers (for the most part)

      Inconvénients

      Resistant to change. Most of the Directors have never worked anywhere else and have no idea what it is like to be new. Administration is very critical/cliche and use their time to gossip.

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Inconvénients

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
