      Great group of people working within the company

      Inconvénients

      Feel unheard, having to fight for basic needs (bathrooms, food/water, pump breaks, etc), underpaid for the workload, high productivity standards, no documentation time, difficulties to change hours, no work life balance!

      Excellent colleagues, experienced leadership, opportunities for advancement, and provides great benefit to the community.

      Experiencing some changes in scope as we adapt to a more regionalized structure, but will be a positive in the long run.

      -Good Manager -departments worked well together

      Inconvénients

      -poor culture, this got ruined when they handed out green sunglasses to everyone during covid-that was their thank you! -no recognition -very unfriendly senior leadership
