Avantages
The work you are doing has a great impact on society and lives of people world wide. Achieving success at work could mean a second chance at life for someone in the world. The team work and passion for science is promoted at Merck. There is opportunity to work with cutting edge technology and access to the latest equipment/materials and robotics is available to run large drug screens.
Inconvénients
There is less challenging work for new hires. More could be done to engage the new entrants into the organization. There should be more interaction between the departments instead of seeming solo.
