      Avantages

      Excellent salary and benefits. Co-workers are great and the work is interesting. NJ/PA sites have on-site gym, daycare, etc.

      Inconvénients

      Thinks NJ is the center of the universe. Opportunities to grow and move into other positions is limited if you work elsewhere. Frequently jobs go to people they know without even being posted for everyone else.

      Great benefits and high salary, a lot of room for growth.

      Inconvénients

      Experience depends highly on your manager and department. I worked my butt off and had an awful manager in a toxic department, but now I have an amazing manager in a much calmer department.
