Avantages
- Above average compensation - Great Benefits - Real emphasis on work/life balance- flexible work environment - With the right sponsor, you can truly advance in your career - I am lucky to have a great sponsor who has really looked out for me and has afforded me awesome opportunities. 3 years into my career out of graduate school and i've presented to teams that report directly to the CEO. Of course, it's because am hard-working, very likeable, smart and I know the company culture, plus I am consistently rated top 10 or 20% in comparison to my peers. It is a nice culture which can be frustrating to some. To do well here you can't push the envelope too much and you have to be nice. - People are very nice and smart
Inconvénients
- Limited to the NJ or PA locations if you want true advancement in the U.S. - Very U.S. centric company though has a lot of global locations - Very very hierarchial - Performance Management - lengthy process that really doesn't emphasize true performance management - Bonus structure is a joke if you are below the senior director level - it doesn't allow for clear disctinction between the bottom 10% and top 10% employees - Forced distribution rating that is poorly managed - Passive Aggressive culture
