Great place to work - Avis employé Sales Representative Merchant Tree

I have been working at Merchant Tree as Merchant Sales Rep. for a few years now and I absolutely love this company. It is on the smaller side, which is actually great because it is more of a personal feel and laid back. I love working on my own time and from wherever I want, flexible scheduling and work life balance is important to them, which was something I was looking for in a position. I am able to make good commission in my role and I am very happy with what I have been able to accomplish here. Awesome culture, very friendly and welcoming leadership team and always there to answer any questions, along the way. I would definetely recommend working here!!

Merchant Tree puts its employees first. They know that without a strong work staff, nothing is possible. They are flexible and understanding. They provide strong support to help staff succeed. They are honest and transparent & aren't willing to sacrifice service for greater short term profits. Certain positions allow you the ability to work from the comfort of home.

The pay scale is more performance based. Smaller company, but growing. Health care not provided right away. Must be self-motivating.
