      Mercer is a big firm where you can make your own mark if you have the right supervisor and get on the right projects.

      Compensation and promotions are very secretive, as is project staffing.

      Avantages

      Remote flexibility, which is nice.

      Inconvénients

      You will not get a raise and if you do, it'll be 1%. Managers will not help you with escalating issues, you're on your own. It'll be blamed on you. You'll work so much overtime you won't have a social life.
