      Avantages

      Everyone is friendly and helpful, you can buy things with a discount if you use your badge which will be deducted from your next paycheck, IPS, mini holiday gifts, extra money on the weeknds , raise after 90 days, dental and health insurance

      Inconvénients

      Saying later and facing, cleaning, helping other departments and doing returns which can take hours. Strict.

      Profit sharing for employees who work over 1,000 hours per year. Flexible with hours. Lots of resources to help employees learn and grow.

      Inconvénients

      Late break policy a bit strict, but its never a problem.
